Freezing strawberries is very easy. Just hull them and place them on a tray lined in parchment, then pop them in the freezer for an hour or so, until frozen hard. Then transfer berries to a freezer bag. You’ll be able to use them throughout the year without having to defrost them all because they won’t be stuck together.
