- 1 quart peaches, peeled and sliced
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or unrefined sugar
Place peaches in a baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine butter, flour, oats, sugar and a little more cinnamon with your fingers until crumbly. Spread evenly over the top of the peaches and bake for 30-40 minutes until the fruit is bubbly and the crumble topping is brown.
