We’ve had quite a bit of snow since Friday. Friday’s storm, which began around noon, dumped over 6 inches of snow by nightfall. On Saturday, there were snow showers all day, but no real accumulation. Today, we’ve got wet snow that is supposed to turn to rain by afternoon, accompanied by strong winds. I just love the beautiful snow that blankets my home, yard and garden. Here are some views of the snow I’ve taken over the past couple of days.
Our house on Saturday morning.
The wreath on the front door, with just a little snow and wind damage that was easily remedied.
The view of our cousins Shannon and Dave’s house from my front yard.
The snowflakes reflected the flash to make this pretty design.
We’re supposed to get a rain storm on Christmas Eve, so it’s looking like we won’t have a white Christmas afterall. We’ll just have to enjoy the snow while we have it.
