End of Summer

Sunday Stroll

Today is my last Sunday of the summer, before I go back to school on Thursday.  The sunflowers are finally open, after a rainy start, and they’re looking so cheery!

I just love the look of a yellow sunflower against a blue sky.  How’s your garden growing?

  1. I love the sight of a yellow sunflower against the blue sky too. For years I had a similar photo to these framed and hanging in my house (it finally got too faded.)

These photos are so pretty and heartwarming, Abbie.

  2. What is it about sunflowers that capture our hearts and minds. They are wonderful in all their appearences. Short, tall, dark shades of brown our the ever sunny yellows.

  3. Abbie,

Your sunflowers are just beautiful! Such detail, with the bees and all! Just a wonderful, sunny, summer flower!
