Sunday Stroll
For such a gray November day, there’s a rainbow of color outside.
Red of the winged euonymus (or burning bush)
Pink roses
Orange of the Jack O’Lantern
Yellow of the Norway maple, the last of the leaves to hang on
More yellow on the mums
Lime green against the deep maroon leaves of the hydrangea
Blue of the “endless summer” hydrangea
Purple and yellow of a Johnny Jump-up, still hanging in there
What colors do you see outside?

You really did find a lot of color! I love the color the hyrdrangea leaves turn… and doesn’t it look striking with the fresh blue blossoms? Wow!
Thanks for sharing your color. The sun is trying to peek out from behind the clouds here right now. Come on Sun!
Beautiful!
Wow, i’m impressed. I guess I need to be more aware when planting to consider what will still be in bloom in the fall. I always rely on the trees for color now, but flowers still giving of their color would be nice.
Well, once we have a hard frost those flowers will be gone! It’s just been mild so far.
Beautiful colors you found today, Abbie! I just love that burning bush!!!
Gorgeous! You take the prettiest pictures. I agree with the above that I need to rethink plantings for more fall color. It’s been so gray here with all the rain we’ve been getting.
